For the darker stuff, it's important to me that the victim *hates* the other person, even if they physically enjoy it. They can blame themselves or feel guilty but I really don't want anything where they fall in love with their rapist or forgive them. The exception to that are the scenarios where Char A *has* to mistreat Char B to protect them where it's up to you if Char B understands/forgives them. I prefer the focus to be on the emotional reactions rather than the strictly physical. Any of these tropes combined with obsession/possessiveness/being a result of jealousy is absolutely A+ as far as I'm concerned.
