- Stop using alcohol as an escape 
- Leave the UK at least twice 
- Stop being polite when it is not deserved 
- Stop looking at social media 
- Find the woods. Find the river. 
- Do good things without seeking recognition 
- Eat 5 different veg per week, and try 1 new veg per week 
- Stop asking questions and start accepting that they exist 
- Remember that people will not remember 
- Start looking after yourself:
      
        - Exercise for at least 1 hour once a week 
- Get up and go to bed earlier (try a 7am-10pm day) 
- Get a job. Get a routine. Get a hobby. 
- Give yourself time out but also time in
