• Stop using alcohol as an escape
  • Leave the UK at least twice
  • Stop being polite when it is not deserved
  • Stop looking at social media
  • Find the woods. Find the river.
  • Do good things without seeking recognition
  • Eat 5 different veg per week, and try 1 new veg per week
  • Stop asking questions and start accepting that they exist
  • Remember that people will not remember
  • Start looking after yourself:
    • Exercise for at least 1 hour once a week
    • Get up and go to bed earlier (try a 7am-10pm day)
    • Get a job. Get a routine. Get a hobby.
