RESTRAINT - I shall learn to bite my tongue and keep my hands to myself.
SACRIFICE - I shan't pursue hedonism over my true goals. I shall remember those who have sacrificed for me and will sacrifice for my future as they have.
INDUSTRY - I shall be industrious and productive each day.

I eat too much.
I'm picky about food.
I don't diet (well).
I don't eat fruit
I'm not good at making time.
I'm not focused very often.
I'm lazy
I'm terribly unathletic.
I'm not good at emotionally detaching myself from things
I'm disorganized.
I sleep in too much
I always get things stuck under my nails.
I don't floss twice a day.
I am prone to having obsessions and delusions of grandeur.
I tend to exercise only when offered food to do it (except in the case of dancing)
Time management is not my forte.

I am self confident
I deal with embarrassment pretty well. (Which comes in handy often)
I am not easily embarrassed. (Seems contradictory, but trust me, I do enough embarrassing things to make this possible.)
I refuse to let go of my childhood ideals without good reason.
I am a pretty good public speaker.
I can sing fairly well.
I have a small waist.
My hair is healthy.
I care about my friends.
I care about my grades.
I have long-term goals.
I am happy mostly because I don't let silly things get in the way of my goals.
I can entertain myself, or I can deal with large amounts of people.
I am creative.
I am different.
