Synopsis: Alya, Nino, and Miranette concede that Adrien Agreste has done nothing wrong, and put down their conspiracy boards. However, three new heros come to aid our core three; while two seem more than ready for the job, one of them seems to be ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!

“Gives way to what I’m calling The Hivemind Arc. Basically, nearly all of the Akumas that have resulted so far have come from Chloé being mean, so Mayura is taking advantage of that in the background with Hawkmoth’s approval.

Basically, purifying akumas does not make them disappear, but instead fly back to the butterfly holder while possessing their original victim’s voice. Mayura uses an amok to amalgamate these butterflies into wasps, and eventually situate them on the top of the Eiffel Tower.

The purpose of this arc is to communicate Chloé‘s redemption from a bully who stole her miraculous, to an honest to god key member of the team who sacrificed what she loved for the good of the people around her. Queen Bee comes across as annoying at first, but the ridiculousness of her insults eventually pull people back around. She becomes less antagonistic in school. Eventually she has grown into a fine (though thorny) person and is officially accepted into the Bug Club after apologizing to Marinette for all she’s done.”

This season is meant to emphasize the hero dynamics within the parisian hero squad alongside Emma’s relationship with Chloé. Emma discovers that Chloé is both a beloved Ladyblog moderator and the one who stole the bee miraculous from him rather quickly, but decides to work with this situation rather than sound the alarm since she never wanted the miraculous in the first place. Emma and Chloé go from mild enemies to genuine friends by the end of this. Also Nino and Marinette find out each other’s secret identities because why not. Also some hints to Rose’s true identity as a miraculous if possible. Should end with Marinette gaining OSDD-1a due to bad miraculous sync.
