• I want to strengthen up my Japanese and mandarin Chinese and I will do this by
    • Doing a public journal on Hello Talk at least x2 a week
    • Review my old textbooks for at least 2 hours a week (an hour each)
    • Rewatch old shows by using the language learning netflix chrome extension and taking notes
  • I want to do this because
    • Learn languages gives me a sense of accomplishment that makes me feel valued and loved
    • My goal is to become fluent and have these languages under my belt as things that I can utilize in any career
    • I want to talk to people that I would otherwise not have the opportunity to meet.
  • I want to use my time more efficiently and I will do that by
    • Creating and maintaining a high-energy, medium-energy, and low-energy morning and night routine
    • Integrate the Pomodoro technique into my private study time in order to decrease procrastination
    • Using the five second rule to get things done
  • I want to do this because
    • Routines make me feel happy and complete
    • I will have more time to reach and maintain my goals with such a schedule
    • Maintaining discipline without deadlines is something I will have to expect in the adult world
    • Procrastination makes me stressed and sad :(
  • I want to take more time for myself and my needs and I will do this by
    • Declining things that will make me feel even more stressed and stick to my prior commitments
    • Maintain contact with my friends and mentors that I don't hear from often at least 2x a month
    • Spend my free time investing in my hobbies rather than doomscrolling
  • I want to do this because
    • I don't want to disappoint others by biting off more than I can chew
    • I want to explore new things without them being soured by commitments I couldn't keep
    • I deserve to know myself better than I do :)
