• a school - this would probably be the hardest to do, as I don't really have any teaching experience, but it's still food for thought should I become infinitely rich by opening one of the above businesses ;)
• Arcade/Bar - perfect for adult gamers, couples going on dates, or people that enjoy drinking and gaming...plus the coffee shop could be next door to keep people lively should they drink a bit too much.

• Gap - cheap and classy, plus the people are soo nice!
• H&M - when I feel like I want to wear something out of the box
• Old Navy - good styles, reasonable prices
