i. sun, moon, stars —

— i've never loved a character more than these ones. they bring me happiness, always. thank you for existing.

• takamine midori (♡) — enstars

  • though not all aspects of our personalities match (for example, i don't think i'm as rude or tsun as he is), i relate to midori so much it hurts, esp. when it comes to insecurities and struggles.
  • i don't think?? i've loved a character more than this kid, as far as right now goes.
  • underneath his unwillingness to do anything, his sharp-tongued, apathetic comments and selfishness is a deep compassion and selflessness for others. because he sees himself as nothing, he doesn't want to get in the way of those who have more to them. those who he admires so much. he puts himself down so much because he can't see his own worth, and he's so used to running away from things that are bothersome & painful that change is hard for him, BUT HE'S DOING IT!! GROWING ALONGSIDE HIS FRIENDS!! I'M SO PROUD OF YOU
  • i love his teasing side too... you can see once he gets closer to ryuseitai (and anzu) that he really opens up to this side of him and it's, such a good side to him... it shows he's comfy with rst/anzu (even if it's to tease chiaki for always pestering him) and i don't know. he has such a soft laugh and i want to see him smile more
  • HIS APPARENT BLINDNESS TO WHAT'S "GOOD ART" AND "NOT GOOD ART" IS SO PRECIOUS & FUNNY and of course his love for his yuru characters... a little bit overboard but i love him and his love for mascot characters he's so so precious
    • i started faving him after i read his monologue in baton pass (feb 28 2017).
• fujioka haruhi (♡) — ohshc
  • ouran is my comfort manga, and haruhi another one of my comfort characters. i just love haruhi so much... she cares so much and always says the right things towards others when it matters most. and yet, she's insecure about her personality, how she's apathetic and is only good at studying, for a duration of the manga.
  • SHE ALWAYS SAYS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS... her kindness is just... i'm so inspired by her and her kindness. i wish to be as kind as she is one day.
  • she can sometimes be cold but she really cares about the host club!! she also notices a lot of things about other people (she's so aware of the people she cares about—she's cognizant and understands people so well. she's just dense about her own romantic feelings heheheh) and this, again, when she says just the right thing to the other person it's often because she notices! little things about others! and uses it to her advantage and she affects so so many people with her genuineness she's just, so beautiful in that sense.
    • i started faving her sometime in january of 2015... i watched ouran that year and started the manga, and the specific scene that got to me was the one where she talked about why she became a lawyer to tamaki. you know, that one.
• natsume takashi — natsuyuu
  • the kindest, sweetest person who's so afraid of losing others because gaining people is something he's never had until now. do you know those people who are so kind even when their childhood hasn't been good to them? that's natsume takashi.
  • HE HAS FRIENDS... AND FAMILY NOW... (sobs buckets) he deserves them so so much
  • we don't deserve natsume takashi
  • he can be a bit sarcastic at times especially to nyanko-sensei. ah, his and nyanko-sensei's interactions are so fun to watch and even though nyanko-sensei keeps on saying that he's only doing this for the book of friends (and also being a bad bodyguard in general ahaha) you can tell the two do care for e/o and it's really sweet
• ennoshita chikara — haikyuu!!
  • the first character i ever related to and affected me dearly. running away from something that's difficult and tiring, and then ending up regretting it—our personalities, i feel, are rather similar, too. karasuno's next captain! i'm cheering you on!

ii. galaxies, and everything in between —

— you all make me smile even during hard days. lovelies, you mean so much to me. you're amazing.

• morisawa chiaki — enstars
  • someone like chiaki isn't able to exist in this world because of how much goodness he has in his big big heart. he's like the sun. he loves so much, cares so much about others, and is so selfless. even if he can be somewhat annoying and push his ideas onto others, he's insecure about that aspect of him, and his intentions are always good. you lovable dork. please keep on being a hero!
• princess yona — akayona
• kurebayashi teru — dengeki daisy
  • she's such a good heroine i'm crying... i love her. she's kind, and forgiving. and what i found amazing about her is even in situations where normally the main character would be helpless, she still finds a way to help even if it's a tiny thing! (and of course, her teasing kurosaki is the best thing)
• sakurauchi riko — love live
• suoh tamaki — ohshc
  • OKAY TAMAKI... yes... he can be stupid. but he loves others so much even when he's narcissistic! just like chiaki, he "saved" the others, and was "saved" by the others in return. he's so kind, considerate to others, and always pursuing his little "plans"—just to get others to smile, because he loves it the most when others smile!! also a dork, stupidly soft.
• izumi mitsuki — idolish7
  • i never thought i would adopt him as a fave because he's outside of my "type": i rarely go for the energetic, hard-working, moodmaker types and yet, i admire mitsuki so much. his hard work, how he knows his own weaknesses yet isn't perturbed by them and instead faces them head-on. how he can laugh at them, truly is remarkable: he has this sense of pride (it reminds me of what minori kushieda said in toradora! mitsu said something so similar)—his happiness is for himself to define and find. "i'm the only one who can make things fun for myself". he wants to climb the stage by his own right and hard work, instead of through others. if that isn't just...(I MEAN EVEN YAMATO WAS AFFECTED)
  • i love??? how it's not like he wants to be the best. or anything extraordinary. i think he just wants to be able to return the love that others give him & feel needed and GOD YOU ARE NEEDED PLS DEAR he thinks himself to be replaceable, but as everyone says, he's the mood-maker. he livens up the group, and cares for them (i will admit though, nagi's love for the group is like, woah... off the charts.) but like his seiyuu said on his solo song "i feel like idolish7 would get into a bad place if you weren't here" and ughh you're important, and you have a place here! don't forget that, mitsu!
    • i started faving him on oct 8, a few days after finishing the anime.
    • i read pt 2. of the story (oct 28), started writing mitsuki fic one day later. mitsuki's the one who dragged me into i7 hell. and got me into a fandom at a record-breaking One Day. wow thanks mikki

iii. the sky, and the oceans —

• aoba tsumugi — enstars
  • i think i might've projected on you quite a bit once. i relate to him a lot, but only through generalities (and not deeply as i do with midori, for example.) though he's done wrong things, has somewhat of a twisted worldview, and often says some really harsh things, that's what makes his character so so interesting.
  • self-deprecates a lot. loves supporting others and dislikes hurting others, but still happened to do so... doesn't mind if he's hurt himself (but oh, he's still hurting, and maybe he does mind.)
  • i'm so glad he has switch??? tsumugi deserves switch. he does.
• kiriyama rei — 3gatsu no lion
  • this guy... is unbelievably complex. suffers from, perhaps, what one may call depression. kiriyama is a realistic character. often contradicts himself, says he isn't arrogant (but he sometimes is). doesn't know how society works at all due to him being a loner all his life.
  • he's so kind, though. and he deserves every bit of love and warmth he shares with the kawamoto sisters. he's just... a good kid.
• zuko — a:tla
  • CAN WE TALK ABOUT HIS CHARACTER ARC. YES WE CAN that's it that's the summary
  • he's a dork of the very best kind (i.e. lovable)
• katara — a:tla
  • KATARA! she's so strong and she stands to her beliefs. she's not perfect, and has very human reactions and emotions. and... that southern raiders episode was really something, wasn't it?
• artemis fowl — af series
  • he's a criminal mastermind but even he has an idiotic side underneath his cool and cold exterior. his character development was so amazing and gradual through the books, i love it so much and look up to it.

  • BADASS AND HECKING CUTE WHEN IN LOVE BUT. BADASS (though i love aleryn so much i love you and lilit too. lilit is amazing.) headstrong.
