  • made these before, but they're pretty good. didn't put everything bagel seasoning on them because i hate that stuff, brushed the tops with butter instead of egg wash, and didn't add any meat/sausage to it because i'm vegetarian. added a little too much cheese this time -- going to add less next time, more salt, pepper, and maybe some spices (garlic power, onion powder, etc). might also use a different cheese other than sharp cheddar. don't really care for how sweet these are, either.
