「 eating / food 」
- mindfully eating
- not eating after 8pm, not eating before 8am
- drinking 64 oz of water per day
- no diet sodas except once in a while, fizzy water ok though
- not eating until i'm stuffed
- eating more veggies: raw or cooked, canned, frozen, or fresh
- eating more plant based protein: tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, quinoa
- no snacking or buying snacks (because i don't stop when i start)
- no giving into my urge of ordering fast food
「 exercise 」
- walk three times a week, building up to five times a week
- play ring fit adventure close to every day, starting out with 10 minutes in-game timer
- do strength exercises three days a week
「 pleasure / fun / hobbies 」
- do something fun once per day (gaming, watching stuff, music, arts n' crafts, etc)
- work on tamagotchi uni until you get all care icons
- allow self to game up to two hours a day
- watch five movies per month (about one a week)
- listen to one to three new albums a month
- allow self to watch shows for up to two hours a day
- limit self to being on youtube actively one hour a day (background noise/use is okay)
- try to read one or more book per month
- try to make 15 origami cranes for 1000 crane challenge per month (about one every other day)
「 self care 」
- put on bio-oil/scar oil for at least three months straight
- brushing teeth once a day starting out, then twice a day
- using mouthwash every single day, twice a day
- putting on sunscreen when going out and having exposed skin
- putting on moisturizer/spf lotion combo on my face before i go out
- regularly shaving down calluses, putting lotion on them, and putting callus repair on them
- putting on body deodorant regularly (more as a precaution, not because i usually stink lol)
- wear perfume/musk more
- dress how i want to look/present myself more
- put on eye repair cream twice daily
- wash face twice daily
- wash acne-prone areas with benzoyl peroxide once a day
