- My mind has never been so abundant with profound thought as it has the last two weeks. After a terrific dinner discussion last night (which actually started before we even left for dinner and lasted well through out the night) the one I’ve come to consider, during that last few months, as the closest thing I have to a muse, rhetorically pointed out that nothing is better for a time of writing than an overflow of thoughts. This being noted, yet again, I MUST find some time to hide away and write this week.

- which brings me full circle to my profound thoughts on human behavior regarding community, a need to belong or feel connected to, abandonment and how we define ourselves in comparison to the world around us. Stay tuned for essays to follow, I’m sure.

- I like the verb RELISH. You can expect it to be used in my vocabulary a lot more often. Also the noun RAILLERY, and the adjectives SURLY and UNFLEDGED. Those are the words I am familiarizing myself with right now.
- Dani and Eric’s wedding is the same day as Heather and Josh’s engagement party in Alex. Because I can not make the engagement party, I am currently trying to plan the BEST CONGRATS GIFT EVER to arrive in my place. I am now taking suggestions for something completely unique and creative, along with a side of sentiment and a dash of wit. Give it your best shot.

- I miss my parents. A LOT. Maybe I AM the kinda girl who lives close to her family and has weekly dinners with them, and goes to see her brother’s activities in high school. He came to watch me all the time: It’s only FAIR. (Sorry missy that you seem to have gotten the shaft from me: I am quite certain I saw the plays you were in…..and I caught some bball when you were in middle school. And the softball games, which thinking of brings me back to a special place in my heart….but other than that, I am just a bad big sister.) Anyway, Now job searching: Denton ;-)
