- Ok. I think I have a problem. I actually ENJOY doing my taxes. Of course, it could be the nice amount of money at the end of it all that makes me enjoy it SO much. Hooray for my tax refund going to be direct deposited in the next ten business days. Also hooray for me filing my taxes six days after I could, rather than mid April, like I have for the last, I don’t know EVER.
- Fell inlove with some things online today. Or, rather, in covet. EXPENSIVE tshirt, pants, and necklace and then some $30 shoes….love that the shoes are cheap….which may or may not be purchased with said refund.
- I have a new admiration for Welch’s Orange Juice. Considering I’ve had about 12 bottles this week. No sugar added. 100% vitamin C. love.
- It is FRIDAY NIGHT! CELEBRATE, folks!
- and somehow, even though the stock market is closed, our broker dealer is closed, and the banks are closed, we are still open on Monday. Have not yet figured that out.
- out of yesterdays five goals, im quite certain I accomplished two of them. I did go to bed early, however. And eat soup for dinner. And watch the west wing. SO I am going to pretend like those three things were on the list instead.
- I’ve decided to write more emails. Messages. Lengthy ones. Short ones. It’s a form of writing I enjoy. And I’m trying to do better at staying in touch with people.
- Which reminds me: why haven’t I heard back from my real mail pen pal since thanksgiving? I have a chi-town post card for her that I plan on mailing this weekend (even though its from…well, Chicago, and therefore 18 days ago)
- I forsee some orange cranberry walnut cookies in my future. I feel like ive already wrote that somewhere…oh! My goals for this weekend! Yes. They will be made…and enjoyed! And shared. And indulged in with TEA! (for sure)
- I think I may have a crush.
