healthy habits to include in my daily routine
- get back into pilates! (15 min ab workout + 15 min glutes)
- drink lemon water daily + if you get tired spice it up w green teas
- get back into doing gua sha (it seriously helps especially w depuffing)
- increase cardio!! (start going on more walks again)
