Summary

• When Jude’s mom was pregnant with him, she had faced previous Miscarriages with kids. When she found out she was pregnant again, she prayed everyday to St Jude, the Saint for hopeless people - as his mom had a lot of difficulties growing up, especially with her miscarriages. She turned to St Jude for her probe lens, and ended up getting pregnant - a thing that she thinks resulted in believing so much. She ended up naming Jude after the Saint Jude, as she was helped by the Saint and wanted her son to live a happy and hopefully life; helping people just like St Jude did. Something unexpectedly good always happens when she prays to st Jude like her child. Tabitha, Jude’s twin sister, was named after Tabitha from the Bible, known for her good deeds and grace. She was restored to life, just like judes mom wanted for her kids. However, Jude’s faith is tested when a series of difficult life events has him questioning himself and others.

His best friend is Maxwell “Max, or Wells”, who was also named after the Beatles song “Maxwell’s silver hammer”. Max is bubbly, upbeat, loves going out and hanging out with friends, always up for an adventure, loves the Beatles ironically, reading good books and critiquing movies especially bad ones on Netflix, staying up late and looking at the stars; just going with the flow kind of guy. Most upbeat and open out of the trio. His is the son of Ukrainian immigrants. Maxwell Demchak. Zenon- one of jude’s best friends. Zenon is quiet like Jude but more, likes to watch the world arojnd him. Very observant, smart and loved academics. Spends most of his free time reading.
