  • do nothing wrong, if you did take time to forgive yourself ... the key for forgiveness is time
  • think of the things you are grateful for.
  • make sure to pray everyday I know this is hard , I am also trying to do this ! everyday !!!!!
  • keep in touch with your friends, they are great for stress relief ... and have some friendly talk once in a while
  • when you do something good, reward yourself , reward yourself by treating yourself to a nice ice cream ? or pop corns ? hahahaha !!!!!! maybe a LV bag ? or Gucci ?
  • eat healthy.... I know that it is such a difficult thing to do !!!! specially if the world has so much nice and delicious food to offer !
  • write a to - do list everyday so that you wont have to miss out anything and your boss will probably won't nag at you for something you have done.
  • try to stay alert, I know it is tough when we humans have so much to think and worry and sometimes even day dream to relief stress. but I guess when you are alert, you tend to think less of those sad memories or what ever that you are troubled with !!!!! trust me ! I tried it on myself and guess what ?> it workkkkssss!!!!!!!
