- vegans :
- cannot eat anything from animal source/origin ... they can only eat vegetables , plantations , rice and breads ... ETC .
- lacto-vegatarians
- can eat milk , butter and cheese except eggs and animal source/origins ....
- lacto-ovo-vegetarians
- they can eat egg , cheese , milk , butter ...but they cannot eat polutry or any animal origin / sources ....
