• Auditory-defensive
• Proprioception difficulty, trouble recognizing hunger and other body senses.
• Strong smell defensive.
• Struggle with vestibular input, very clumsy and uncoordinated.
• Texture-adverse to dry or hard foods.
• Touch-defensive ( clothing tags, feet can not be bare, my hair can not touch me, i can not get wet unless it is just my hands or for bathing, heat and cold overstimulate me easily, wind overstimulates me )

• Metal ( metalstep, dubstep, heavy metal, drumstep, heavy bass )
• Singing
• Socks and sandals when at home ( socks must be worn at all times )
• Sound canceling headphones or ear buds
