DO:
- drink a lot of orangejuice and water
- eat a lot of fruit, apples or strawberries (jum)
- take a short walk at least once a day (aaair!)
- organize my medicine, because i have to keep track of what i take and don't take
- sleep sleep sleep sleep sleeep
- try listening to my mum, for a change
DON'T:
- sit behind the computer for hours
- listen music in bed, i won't sleep well
- eat chips and other fatty things
- watch tooo much tv during the day
