  • drink a lot of orangejuice and water
  • eat a lot of fruit, apples or strawberries (jum)
  • take a short walk at least once a day (aaair!)
  • organize my medicine, because i have to keep track of what i take and don't take
  • sleep sleep sleep sleep sleeep
  • try listening to my mum, for a change

DON'T:

  • sit behind the computer for hours
  • listen music in bed, i won't sleep well
  • eat chips and other fatty things
  • watch tooo much tv during the day
