- Train and subway stations that don't freak you out at night, or in the evening; stations without creeps and pervs.
- More bookstores, where they sell all the music magazines.
- A Giant library. One with all the (interesting) books ever written, with the tables, like in the movies.
- More cinema's like cinerama
- Tea shops. Tearooms (tea-rooms, tea rooms, whatever)
- Better school buildings, ones who do have heating when it's winter
