- 1.1. So it begins.
- 2.1. Watched Sherlock series 1 and (finally) the first episode of the second series and my Sherlock obsession is back.
- 3.1. Watched series 1 + 2 of Black Books with friends, I want to be Bernard Black when I grow up. (but maybe cleaner)
- 4.1. Not entirely convinced by Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, but it wasn't too bad. I like Jude Law as Watson.
- 4.1. Best way to make some use of a messed up sleeping pattern: listening to Chopin and drawing boys and foxes with watercolours.
- 9.1. Reading through old diaries and looking through old drawing pads is simultaneously entertaining and absolutely horrible.

- 10.1. After about a year+ of searching, I finally found a new bag! It is wonderful.
- 11.1. Kiss With a Fist -- Florence + the Machine
- 12.1. Watching University Challenge and QI with my mum was a nerdy good time. (I even managed to get four questions correct on UC - three on the Brontës and one on Shakespeare -- it must be my new record.)
- 15.1. What an exhausting flight, not sleeping the night before was not a good thing (but at least I didn't have to worry about waking up early). A German man thought I was in Frankfurt for work, how old do I look? Lots of dashing men at airports. I'm not sure if I like being back though.
- 16.1. Went to the observatory, I've never been to one before. It was nice.
- 17.1. Why am I so weak.
- 18.1. Last episode of Sherlock = oh my god. Do they really think that I can wait for the next series for an entire year?
- 19.1. I am listening to lame Swedish and Finnish songs. This says a lot about my current state of mind.
- 20.1. I have begun to doubt my choices and hopes for the future. Confusion is not a good feeling.
- 20.1. To make this not seem like a list of complaints, I recently rearranged my bathroom table and it makes me disconcertingly happy.

- 29.1. Listening to Man Alive by Everything Everything on repeat, non-stop. I don't even know why I like it.
