- 1.5. Had a lovely day on a "school trip" to the Borders; ate a nice lunch, got a little porcelain baby goat figurine from an antiques shop as an early birthday present, had the most delicious hand-made chocolate and drank coffee at a very cute café.
- 3.5. Went to see Johanna Basford's gallery opening, it seemed that along with an old man I chatted to I was the only one who liked the exhibition, which was a shame. I thought it was great though!

- 13.5. Last exam of the year, and I signed my lease so I now officially have a flat for autumn! It's lovely, I can't wait.

- 25.5. Last few days in Birmingham were nice, M's sister is lovely and it was good to be out of town for a while. The last night there wasn't ideal but we worked things out.
- 29.5. After a long string of arguments and fallings out, a call to come over at four in the morning can really make things better.
- 30.5. Snuggling in bed with the evening sun shining brightly through the window; one of the best feelings I've had in a while.
- 31.5. Had a great birthday - picnic in the park with wine and cheese, coffee at my favourite café and a match of Scrabble, a dinner that filled me up to the brim and then just some hanging out before kindly being walked home in the rain. Slightly sad it's over now but I'm still happy about it.
