- 1.11. Had a great and bizarre night out - we met Jack Sparrow and a lot of other.. interesting people.
- 2.11. Hearing that the boy I really really like is moving away in two weeks was like being punched in the stomach.
- 6.11. I want to walk around Paris with a stranger, drink red wine and smoke cigarettes in cafés, read books, and have fascinating discussions with artists and writers and musicians.
- 7.11. Sam Crane is so cute.
- 8.11. So I saw him for the last time ever. I wish I could've said all the things I wanted to say. All I could do was hug him and wish him a good journey back home. I feel stupid.
- 9.11. I feel like channelling 60s & 80s British boys with my clothes.
- 11.11. Dancing to The Clash, The Rolling Stones and other great music in a good bar was wonderful.
- 15.11. So surprised to have received a good grade for my philosophy essay, I can't believe it.
- 16.11. Had the greatest time at a friend's birthday party.
- 17.11. Got my skirts from American Apparel in the mail! I love them already.

- 17.11. Lying on my bed and listening to music: Camera Obscura, Neko Case, Mumford and Sons, Neil Young and Eric Clapton. I have also decided that I will live in a cottage by the sea, grow my own vegetables and herbs and cycle to the nearby farm everyday to get eggs and milk and flour. I will live with a gorgeous man who is a lumberjack/baker and a dog, Hastings, who will follow me everywhere. And everything will be wonderful.
- 18.11. Didn't want to go out, but ended up going dancing anyone. Met a nice guy though. He kissed my hand and asked for my number.
- 20.11. Feeling very wintery. Reorganising and cleaning my room helps me take my mind off things. Listening to Fleet Foxes, more Mumford & Sons, Coconut Records and Au Revoir Simone.
- 24.11. 80s party - dressing up like a glam rock groupie is rather fun.
- 26.11. Watching Malcolm in the Middle - oh how I missed this show! (I remember having a crush on Francis when I was young, I admit to nothing now)
- 28.11. Started reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern (should've been writing an essay instead, but oh well), and so far I am really intrigued by it.
- 28.11. Received two pairs of woolly socks in the mail from my mum (my grandma made them).
