- 2.9. Dog Days are Over - Florence + The Machine
- 3.9. The first night alone in a new country was tough, but today has been much better (and now I'm in my own flat which is nice and exciting though the curtains are hideous)
- 9.9. Been in Scotland for almost a week and my home-sickness is entirely gone (not that I don't miss friends and family, I just feel more at home here now). I've met some wonderful people and had a wonderful time (tonight especially was .. interesting.. in a good way!) so I think everything will be better now.
- 12.9. Uni has now properly started and I'm already getting a bit stressed by all the reading. But otherwise everything is still going great. (There are a lot of handsome men here)
- 14.9. Watching The Inbetweeners and QI (and other shows) on the internet. (British TV is so much better than Finnish TV, surprise surprise)

- 20.9. I got a Kindle from my wonderful dad, it's going to be useful for university I'm sure (and I get heaps of books I've been meaning to read for ages for free yay!)

- 24.9. I've had a pretty fantastic weekend so far, certainly better than last week. Also went to a gay bar & club for the first time ever! And why is dancing with complete strangers easier than dancing with friends? Them being as awkward as you probably helps (but we still totally had the coolest dance moves).

- 26.9. I want a t-shirt with a picture of Oscar Wilde and the text "born to be wilde"
- 29.9. I was so looking forward to seeing the new Jane Eyre, but now I have and I am left disappointed.
