• cook more. try new recipes. don't eat cereal for dinner.
  • buy better food. local and sustainable when possible. farmer's market. and don't waste it.
  • exercise. more than walking up and down all the hills to work.
  • write letters to my friends. don't take forever to reply to emails. send postcards, too.
  • floss. also use rubber tip thing and prevident. don't let teeth rot away. especially brush after eating candy and sweet stuff.
