  • watermelon, feta, arugula
  • hassleback caprese salad:
    • cut slits into plum tomatoes
    • stuff with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil
  • zucchini noodles
    • olive oil, garlic powder
    • salt and pepper
    • (optional) chilled pasta and other vegetables
  • egg and potato salad
    • cube hard boiled eggs and boiled potatoes
    • mix with condiments of choice (mustard, mayo, etc.)
  • stuffed grape leaves
  • celery stuffed with peanut butter and honey
