- i don't hate portia; i mean heck, she was the reason the Honeybees had stayed a group
- she had a pretty significant role in the season 1 finale && she's not entirely a jerk
- im not gonna accept the fact that these characters are so one dimensional
- the only other character i really hate would be portia's mom, shes a grown woman but acts like a brat
- mf got the honeybees to do child labor (not talking about the selling of taffy) to save her own job
- never forget that bessie essentially told her friends to "fuck off" when they weren't cooperative in the season 1 finale
- they have their own swear in that episode and they all sing a song surrounding it. its the only time they have an in-episode song too

- checked the featured imdb review for the mighty b; i don't know how old the reviewer was but LMAO
- they basically complained about how it gave them a headache and they would rather watch SNL, which is funny because one of the writers for the show and the voice actor for bessie was a member of SNL at some point
