a big part of how i show affection are gifts! i adore receiving them and get such a kick out of giving them. gifts to me are such a precious way of showing how well you know someone, and it always makes me giddy and giggly whenever i receive something i had my eye on or something i didnt even mention i love so much!!

• keychains

do i have space for them? not anymore. do i still geek out when i get a keychain of one of my cutie little characters? hell YES. even if i have no more space on my treasured messenger i love pinning them up on my wall. (maximalism for life)

• stickers

the reasoning is essentially the same as previous, but WOW do i love them just as much if not a bit more~ i have the best time plastering stickers over anything and everything i own, its the best way to personalise your stuff imo !!

• mp3 players

"seriously? arent those things expensi-" LET ME STOP YOU RIGHT THERE!! youd think so, huh. but on vinted theyre practically giving them away. most people dont really care for such archaic tech anymore, so theyre happy to be rid of them for the lowest price out there!! its cheap easy and makes me EXPLODE because incase you didnt know, i am Obsessed with music, especially in older forms!! (cds, lps, mp3 players, i collect them all.) this is me shamelessly begging for people to snatch them up for me. hashtag not sorry i love them.

• weird jewellery

if you know me irl you know i LOVE jewellery. anything funky with teeth, skulls, swirls, stars WHATEVER i love it. i love over-accessorising everytime i even go to the store, so any form of freaky quirky wacky stuff i can put on my body i KILL for.

• sylvanian families

i LOVE LOVE LOVE sylvanian families, growing up i had a HUGE collection that took up an entire half of my attic room. i was a massive storyteller and would act out super weird but cool plots with all of them, which i dont do anymore but i still love getting them <3 bcs lawd theyre cute.

obviously pretty much all of my friends are total nerds, (which i love obv) so this is one of my top favourite things to gift them. theres genuinely something so special about browsing a store and coming across something cute and thinking "hey my friend likes that little freak!" and walking home all giddy because youre excited to show your mate their favourite goober. its really such a cherished vibe for me.

• custom cds

my special interest is music, and a big part of that is cds <3 so that experience of sitting down and compiling a playlist for someone close is the best. taking the time to convert them to mp3s and burn them onto a personalised disc makes me all smiley and i WISH this was more normalised.

• sweet treats and drinks

this is a smaller one that i do more often, usually when i have a casual meetup with my friends!! im a MASSIVE sweet tooth, so i enjoy gifting people treats we both enjoy to show my love!!! one of my favourite things are weird and unique drinks of any kind, so i love buying ones ive never seen before in pairs so i can share them with a friend and taste test together!
