goals (new years goals)

stop living in the past and start living in the moment
do things out of my comfort zone
go running 5x's a week and do ab workouts before bed
DRINK MORE WATER and less diet cokes
be comfortable with myself
appreciate the little things
get a wrist tattoo
this is a long shot but....be HAPPY.
