- stop living in the past and start living in the moment
- do things out of my comfort zone
- go running 5x's a week and do ab workouts before bed
- DRINK MORE WATER and less diet cokes
- be comfortable with myself
- appreciate the little things
- get a wrist tattoo
- this is a long shot but....be HAPPY.
