• stop living in the past and start living in the moment
  • do things out of my comfort zone
  • go running 5x's a week and do ab workouts before bed
  • DRINK MORE WATER and less diet cokes
  • be comfortable with myself
  • appreciate the little things
  • get a wrist tattoo
  • this is a long shot but....be HAPPY.
