• Had my birthday on the 23rd and chilled all day
• 24th, met Martyn and Denise and shared my birthday cake with them
• Christmas day service
• Walk and then to Dad and Rosemarie's for dinner

• Monday help with luncheon club at Tenby Salvation Army
• Then when I get back I chill
• Tuesday help out with coffee morning at Tenby Salvation Army
• Then when I get back take the dog out, admin
• Wednesday a 2 hour walk along the beaches with my dog
• Then when I get back it's house work and whatever
• for example, painting, reading, prayer, worship
• Thursday out all day doing whatever I have to do in town
• Then having a special me and God and prayer time on the beach
• Then songster practice followed by bible study (Sally Army)
• Then when I get back I chill
• Friday help out with coffee morning again...
