my brain is built in a strange way. i've had many professionals corroborate my claims of noticing switches and how different i can be at times, but nothing has come up in terms of proper diagnosis. i am hard to diagnose due to having various difficulties at the same time. i use system terminology and etc, due to strongly believing i am traumagenic in nature and it honestly just being the easiest way to make sense what is going on.

i use a personal method to identify and catalogue my parts and this is just part of that. it's very hard for me to make proper progress due to my system / parts often being more covert after various traumas that took place.
