- Be smart. Obviously, don't go overboard, but always remember the two girls sharing the crazie. I'd rather be them for the rest of my life than some version of myself that can't enjoy life. it's not worth it anymore.
- Trying to figure out if I really want it, or not. And then either eat it, or don't.
- It's about being healthy and how I feel..do I feel stronger? More vibrant? I am only doing this for MYSELF, NOT society or anyone else.
- Would like to not go over 120-123. Maintain where I am now.
