From the trainer

  • cardio tears at muscle
  • 30 min. weights, 30 min cardio
  • 3 days....rest is good, otherwise you're constantly breaking down the muscle
  • running is good
  • muscle burns fat...so add it!!
  • Things we did:
          • lunges across the room & back
          • lunges across the room & back w/ a 10LB weight
          • pushups
          • plank w/ leg lifts & holding
          • plies in second, and holding
  • to try: gwyenth twist leg thing

From the makeup one

  • Parabins & petroleum = destruction
  • Need to saturate face in moisturizer...vitamin C & water
  • Super rough and dry skin....thus oils come to overcompensate
  • Wash face, apply moisturizer, steam face...in that order
  • Primer helps lock in & close pores to block out crap.???
  • My nationality likes dark, cool, humid weather...so harsh out here
