- cardio tears at muscle
- 30 min. weights, 30 min cardio
- 3 days....rest is good, otherwise you're constantly breaking down the muscle
- running is good
- muscle burns fat...so add it!!
- Things we did:
- lunges across the room & back
- lunges across the room & back w/ a 10LB weight
- pushups
- plank w/ leg lifts & holding
- plies in second, and holding
- to try: gwyenth twist leg thing
From the makeup one
- Parabins & petroleum = destruction
- Need to saturate face in moisturizer...vitamin C & water
- Super rough and dry skin....thus oils come to overcompensate
- Wash face, apply moisturizer, steam face...in that order
- Primer helps lock in & close pores to block out crap.???
- My nationality likes dark, cool, humid weather...so harsh out here
