- hot water and lemon in mornings
- weights Mondays and Wednesdays
- jog/walks 1-2 miles either:
- in the am
- around 4pm/after work

- breakfast:
- oatmeal with agave and cinnamon
- ezekial toast with pumpkin butter
- coffee w/almond milk and a splenda
- lunch/snack:
- veggies: carrots, snap peas
- handful walnuts & dried fruit medley
- scrambled egg whites w/ bell peppers, light feta, turkey, salt and pepper
- dinner:
- steamed lemon kale with baked salmon
- salad
- ....
