- I remember the first magazine I bought at the Shop Rite...I had to hide it under my bed so my dad wouldn't find it...yep...it was Tiger Beat...and it held the finest picture of Shawn Cassidy every taken...I actually did read it for the articles...
- I think I got used to reading Good Housekeeping, Woman's Day and Family Circle at an early age...when I moved out to Colorado, my mom sent me a subscription and kept it going for years...I still grab a copy every once in a while...
- I remember the days of Seventeen...it was like a Bible to a girl who was barely 14...like having a Playgirl laying around...I actually gave myself the haircut I always wanted out of that magazine, a girl with sort of a pageboy thing going on...yep, that was my Bible...
- Nowadays, the only subscription coming to me is Food and Wine...I love the fact that maybe someday I will meet all those chefs from Food Network up in Aspen...
