Need to get:
- moisturizer
- something for exfoliation (not face)
Diet
- Hydrate more! Less sodas
- cut back on junk food
- look into healthy foods that are good for skin
Routine
- morning- wash face (Warm water) and use cleanser.
- after workout - don’t need to do a full blown face routine just rinse to remove sweat. Shower immediately.
- night- Wash face use cleanser again (gently and again with warm water). Use daily scrub to exfoliate. Other skin care things (face masks) as well
