  • moisturizer
  • something for exfoliation (not face)

Diet

  • Hydrate more! Less sodas
  • cut back on junk food
  • look into healthy foods that are good for skin

Routine

  • morning- wash face (Warm water) and use cleanser.
  • after workout - don’t need to do a full blown face routine just rinse to remove sweat. Shower immediately.
  • night- Wash face use cleanser again (gently and again with warm water). Use daily scrub to exfoliate. Other skin care things (face masks) as well
