Grab a book. Grab a pencil and a piece of paper. Leave home. Go somewhere, some beautiful place to get lost. Sit by a tree. Breath in. Feel the air inside of you. Feel the wind touching your skin. See the leafs falling, the birds flying. Let yourself get lost in this fusion of senses, in that beautiful place. Feel the peace that surrounds you. Feel the peace inside yourself. Write something. Something beautiful. Something about your thoughts. Describe what you're feeling, the information your senses have sent to you. Imagine. Wonder. Wonder for a while. Don't leave the place you're in. Just wonder with your mind, travel somewhere else inside your mind. Now, get up, walk for a while. Absorb everything you experienced. Come back home. Repeat it when you're feeling low.
