- I have worked hard to put my past behind me. Granted, I am not to where I would like to be, but that just means I have something more to strive for. I spent years getting away from my past. Why would I want to revisit it? No. I would rather just hope that everyone is happy and well. I don't need to hear the banal details. And I don't want the opportunity to become childish and petty. Because I know I would.
