- stop dwelling on the past. if they're not here now, there's a reason.
- actually attempt to work out on some sort of a regular basis.
- continue to eat healthy.
- keep my room organized and clean.
- never take anyone for granted, and tell them i love them whenever possible.
- recognize change as a good thing.
- not be afraid to try new things.
- stop stressing over the little things that don't matter.
- find someone that cares for me unconditionally, and would never lie to me.
- keep my best friends around.
