>>457 Fic Masterlist (M-Z)<<
In-ho kills Jung-bae and then wakes up exactly where he started, side by side with a man whose trust is vastly misplaced.
The island was gone. Reduced to smoke and ruin, along with the Games and everything he once held in his grip. And somehow, In-ho lived. He came back to a world that shouldn't have him anymore, to the place he started, crawling through the ash of what he built. Then Gi-hun offered him a drink.
The third game comes around and Gi-hun prepares himself. Little does he know In-ho has a little surprise for him.
What if, during Mingle, Gi-hun saw In-ho choke Player 343 instead of Jung-bae?
In-ho’s thoughts while Gi-hun and Jung-bae were chatting that night
Hwang In-ho wasn’t obsessed. Maybe just a little.
The first time he felt jealousy over Seong Gi-hun with someone else, that person died. And similarly, he knew that if this feeling overtook him again, the fate of the next people would be the same. Five times Hwang In-ho felt jealous and one time he did something about it.
In-Ho finally cracked, regretting his actions. He wanted- No, NEEDED Gi-Hun. Unfortunately he has subliminally gained the Eye Of Rah and his apology doesn’t go as expected. Is it for the worse, or for the better? A long awaited reunion awaits all with feelings, nostalgia and themselves.
Mingle divergent where Young il and Gi hun get the room together.
Feelings are complicated and he is in too deep. Obsession leads to capture. But there is an important question: Will Seong Gi-hun be mine forever?
A universe in which 'Squid Game' is one of the world's most renowned cooking shows, and Seong Gi-hun somehow finds himself competing against some of the best (and worst) chefs in the country.
Hwang In-ho gets dragged to a shitty fried chicken shop. He falls in love. Unfortunately, Seong Gi-Hung's social skills are just as bad as his cooking.
After winning the games, Gi-hun is knocked out in a limousine. When he wakes up, he finds himself in the body of the Front Man- the man behind the games. To make matters worse, the Front Man is in Gi-hun's body.
What if Gi-hun died during mingle?
Seong Gihun becomes obsessed with Hwang Inho during the games, manipulating and killing to make him his. Inho, drawn to Gihun’s twisted humanity, falls into obsession himself.
Gi-Hun wakes up with a wedding ring on his finger.
Out of all the places that he could go into heat, this was definitely the worst one.
Gi-hun wakes up to a strong scent that has already surrounded the entire space around her. She guesses, no, she actually knows who it belongs to. Gi-hun gets a grip and slaps her cheeks, sobering herself up. She can't think about sex here and now. Gi-hun squints and covers herself with a blanket, as if this will help her avoid obsessive thoughts.
‘Little pretty woman wants to be a hero, what should I do?’ she says that and exhales with amusement and interest. ‘I think I can manage it but…’
That was when he first noticed the stare. Young-il smiled. Softened eyes, softened mouth. Gi-hun was taken aback by the sight of it. He felt the cold prickle of being watched, but it was kinder this time. Like snowflakes melting on skin, rather than the harshness of freezer burn. The familiarity of it unarmed him. Or. Gi-hun catches Young-il watching him, again and again. He isn't quite sure what it means.
Hwang In-ho finds out something interesting about Gi-hun during their bathroom break.
Set in an alternative universe were In-ho is a police detective and Gi-hun is a coffee shop worker.
Gihun is a chaos-maker with a questionable moral compass. The Salesman loves his suits and signing up for dubious adventures. Sangwoo tries his best to faithfully play the role of the Frontman’s right hand, but he loves his friends more. And Inho? He’s just trying not to lose his mind.
“Was that Front Man out there? What’s he doing?” The guard visibly glances around, nervous. “I heard he’s protecting his boyfriend.”
The Front Man's job is simple: run the games, watch people die, repeat. What's not simple? Falling hard for Gi-hun - the same guy who's hell-bent on burning the whole system down.
The Front Man is having a bad day running the games. Good thing Gi-hun knows exactly how to help him blow off some steam...Even if it means turning the Front Man into the Bottom Man for a night.
Gihun sneaks away to take a smoke, but gets caught by no other than the Class President, Inho. Will Inho spare Gihun or will he get him into trouble that he can't afford?
inho forcing gihun to watch the games, tied up and sitting on his cock. every time someone dies, inho turns on a bullet vibrator he keeps pressed to the sensitive underside of the head of gihuns cock until he's whimpering and begging. for what, inho whispers, for more to die?
gi-hun does not come back from the first game with normal wants or desires or urges. in-ho makes everything worse, as per usual.
"I see you two together; laughing and talking. I want you to do that with me" -001. In-ho is seething with jealousy, trying to hold back. With one action away from taking matters into his own hands, Jung-bae does just that. What does In-ho do to get Gi-hun to be with him? The only way he knows how. Rough.
After taking a bullet to the chest, Seong Gihun wakes up in a world that makes absolutely no sense—because in this one, he’s married to Hwang In-ho. No Squid Game. No blood. Just grocery runs, shared blankets, a cat named Fwontman who wears a tiny black mask, and an adopted kid who genuinely believes Gihun knows how to cook.
Soon after Gi-hun split from Jung-bae and Young-il in the halls ahead of the control room, he was captured by the Front Man, who offered him a deal. Under this deal, Gi-hun would play the rest of the Games scheduled for this year to the end in exchange for his friends' lives. To make the deal fair, the Front Man allowed Gi-hun to retain one ally. His choice? Young-il.
"No. No way." Gihun said, "I'm not going to fuck you." Young-il gave him an innocent look. "That's how rules are, the radio just announced them," He said, "We need to have sex, or we can't get out of this room."
Gihun found out who Inho really is. He's not taking it well.
Young-il wants to see Gihun's cock. He has a very good reason. And Gihun is not amused.
"Hey, Gihun," Young-il said, "Could you sleep with me?" The time is probably 2 a.m. - or 3 a.m. Gihun was lying on his bed, and he was so confused. He just blinked at Young-il, hard. "Ok, Young-il, with all due respect," He said, "What the fuck is wrong with you?"
Inho put a gun in Gihun's mouth.
Junho wakes up as a sixteen-year-old and remembers everything. The games, the blood, the betrayals. He remembers how Inho’s path to join the Games was paved with loneliness and bitterness. He’s convinced that if Inho and Gihun had found each other earlier, they might've been able to save each other from the isolation and self-destruction that eventually consumed them. However, the universe doesn't like being rewritten, threatening to snap back...
Gihun woke up one morning as the CEO. Inho woke up as his ex-assistant. Chaos ensues. Inho must figure out how to survive the workplace drama, while Gihun desperately tries not to accidentally sign away the company’s future. Between dodging corporate disasters, constant bickering, running coffees, and figuring out how to switch back, Inho and Gihun began repairing the professional bond they lost months ago... and, somehow, it begins to blossom into something more.
Hwang In-ho, better known as the Front Man, infiltrated the Games as a player to observe the players up close, to watch how they behaved and acted under the pressure of his very own games and to keep the VIPs entertained. What In-Ho did not expect was the incredible intrigue that had weaseled its way into his brain whenever he studied a very certain player… nor did he expect the jealousy that sprouted in his heart when he heard of Seong Gi-Hun’s marriage.
A retelling of season two, except Gi-hun meets and falls for a man called Young-il during the search party of episode one. They meet again in the games.
Everyone has their weaknesses. Gi-hun’s is his naivety, In-ho’s is Gi-hun.
Gi-hun’s eyes stay pointed toward the camera. In-ho’s head feels like it’s spinning. He follows as Gi-hun brings his fingers to his right nipple. In-ho sees the moment his fingers twist the sensitive area – Gi-hun’s mouth parts and his eyes slip closed, just for a split-second.
Korea’s top actors, Seong Gi-hun and Hwang In-ho, have been rivals for as long as they can remember. Competing under the same agency, they’ve battled for roles, brand deals, anything and everything. But when renowned director Hwang Dong-hyuk announces a highly anticipated romantic drama, exclusively casting real married couples as leads, they find themselves backed into a corner.
Gihun smuggles the tracker in his ass instead of his tooth. Inho lends him a hand in retrieving it.
After being fatally wounded, Gi-hun bleeds to death, accompanied by the knowledge that the man he'd grown to trust the most had been his greatest enemy all along. Fortunately, he's given another chance to fix things, as long as he makes the right choices.
After the second game, In-ho slips away from the group.
Inho reviews previous game footage and feels a growing problem between his legs.
The guards yanked Gi-hun upright, forcing his battered gaze to rise as the Front Man stepped into view.“You crossed a line, Player 456,” the Front Man said, each word dripping with cold mockery. “And a price must be paid.”
The guards took Gi-Hun to the Front Man's room.
The Front Man gave Gi-hun a choice: submit, or risk Young-il's life.
A recap of Gi-hun's journey in Season 1 Or: How the Front Man became fixated on Player 456
“What are you doing?” Gi-hun asks. “Getting away from the cameras.” Young-il says, like it’s obvious, stepping into the stall with him.
Gi-hun laughs. Of course his dream version of Young-il is soft and comforting, his hands gently held around Gi-hun’s shoulders. The real Young-il would be trying to figure out why they are the only two left, if the soldiers outside the door are playing another game with them, if they are expected to kill each other or die together. Young-il’s hand sweeps down Gi-hun’s back, and Gi-hun wonders if he can make this dream a comfort, a comfort for himself.
“Untie me.” Gi-hun says. In-ho indulgently steps towards him and pulls the blindfold off, dropping it on the small side table beside his whisky. Gi-hun looks around wildly, before focusing back on him. “Where am I?”
He is not usually impatient. Gi-hun makes him impatient. From his first game, impatient to know whether Oh Il-nam would let him die, to after his games, impatient to know what he would do with his money, to now, impatient to know what he will do to stop In-ho. He wants to speak with him, he wants to see the fire in his eyes as he pushes back on In-ho.
Winning forty five point six billion won took the joy out of gambling for In-ho, but a year ago he was in the same place as this man.
au where gi-hun is in-ho's chauffeur, they fuck about it.
"Doesn’t it feel like we’ve known him for longer? We’ve only been on the office floor for a year, it feels like he came up here when we did.” Gi-hun chews on his lip. He feels a little like he might have scared Young-il off, what with the one time that they almost—
Gi-hun accidentally sends In-ho a dick pic
Their work is easy, shoot the eliminated player, crowd control yada yada yada then why is he stuck babysitting a middle aged player 456 that their boss hellbend in protecting?? Is that even allowed? Or Guards pov regarding their boss obsession and possesive behaviour towards player 456
They say keep your friends close and your enemies closer, but for In-ho, Gi-hun is neither of those, he has always been so much 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦. Or: 001 and 456 are trapped in a room and finally address their feelings for eachother.
The Front Man personally congratulates Player 456 on winning the games. Months later, Hwang In-ho and Seong Gi-hun change the trajectory of each other’s lives. (OR: In-ho and Gi-hun fuck during the limo scene. There are consequences. Omegaverse.)
Newly appointed as the Front Man, In-ho is instructed to shadow the steps of the Host’s closest friend, the Cat VIP, Seong Gi-hun.
Simply an excuse to write about a mafia boss in-ho who uses gi-hun like a sex toy + a little bit of gunplay. nothing new at all.
when you’re so down bad for one of your victims that you disguise yourself to have one chance with him.
The frontman may not be a good man, but he fucks good.
in-ho is jealous. he fucks gi-hun. just a typical in-ho.
Their relationship remained the same even after Gi-hun found out everything. It wasn’t easy for Gi-hun to accept the fact that Young-il is In-ho, and In-ho, meaning, he is the frontman. At the same time, he couldn’t leave In-ho, either. Not like In-ho would ever let Gi-hun leave him. Now Gi-hun knows who In-ho truly is.
“I’m going to fucking kill you.” Gi-hun hisses, his voice breaking on the words. In-ho stares up at him, his breathing uneven, and for a moment, something other than pain curls in his chest. “You’re so beautiful when you’re angry,” he says softly, his voice low and almost reverent.
“Wait.” Gi-hun pauses, halfway gone, glancing back. “I never got your name,” In-ho says, tilting his head like he’s memorizing every detail. “I’d like to know.” Gi-hun’s heart flips in his chest. He hesitates, then gives a lopsided, teasing smile over his shoulder. His voice drops low—intimate, dangerous. “Find me again,” he says, already halfway down the stairs. “And I’ll tell you.”
One night of bad decisions turns into a full-blown medical emergency when Gi-hun realizes his one night stand is his superior. Dr. Hwang In-ho is all rules and restraint—until he isn’t.
The wedding is a merger—power and money in exchange of one reluctant groom. Gi-hun didn’t plan to marry Seoul’s most ruthless businessman, but when In-ho makes an offer his failing family can’t refuse, he says yes to a life he never wanted. Cold hands, unreadable eyes, and a kiss that isn’t really a kiss—Gi-hun’s new husband is a mystery wrapped in control. But beneath the icy surface, something dangerous—and tender—waits to unravel them both.
Gi-hun didn’t expect to fall in love—not with the distant, silver-masked prince he was promised to, and certainly not with the soft-spoken stranger who offered him kindness in the quiet corners of town. But as the wedding draws near and secrets stir just beneath the surface, he begins to wonder: can the heart recognize the same soul, no matter the face it wears?
In-ho panics and tells his brother he has a boyfriend. He does not. But he does have a charming colleague named Gi-hun who always has two sugars in his coffee and wears his ties slightly crooked. Gi-hun agrees to the charade on short notice—too short to prep, too long for In-ho’s sanity. The problem? Gi-hun is too good at pretending. Or maybe he’s not pretending at all.
Gi-hun dives into the arms of the law to dodge some very angry loan sharks. Luckily, the cop who arrests him has a thing for messy men with great cheekbones. But In-ho’s more than just a pretty badge—and Gi-hun’s never been great at resisting authority.
Gi-hun is a rising star with red hair, a silver tongue, and a hit film lighting up the press. In-ho is the bodyguard who never leaves his side—calm, cold, and fiercely protective. As cameras flash and rumors swirl about Gi-hun’s on-screen chemistry, it's the off-screen tension that might really catch fire.
Gi-hun’s mind is a patchwork of missing time, blank spaces where memories should be. His life is simple — work, drink, exist — until nightmares start clawing their way into his waking hours, and the man at his side stops feeling like an anchor and starts feeling like a trap. There was a before. There will be an after. The only question — where to draw the line?
It's 2030. It's been five years since Gi-hun lost everything dear to him and sold his soul to the devil himself in the process. But now the devil is everything to him and his conscience, his empathy, is constantly fighting him but in a world where the games never ended and he's now half in charge...what is a man to do but simply remember..
In-ho gets jealous of Jung-bae talking to Gi-hun, up until he accidentally turns on Gi-hun through an eye contact. Their minds connect with desire in mind, and they need each other as soon as possible. Question is; how?
“Detective Hwang, we have your husband.” Mr. Kim says. “What?” Inho says. “You are going to give up the case with Prosecutor Kang, and transfer the case to someone else on the team.” Mr. Kim says. “Or we will kill him.” Alternatively, inhun when the phone rings au.
Everyone was born with the first words their soulmate would say to them written on some part of their body. For most of his life, In-ho hated his words. Then, he realized they were kind of right.
“Why are you naked?” Gi-hun demanded. In-ho looked down at the pants he was wearing then looked back up at Gi-hun. “I would hardly consider this naked.” He tilted his head. “Plus, I thought you liked seeing my body.” After the Frontman sedates him, Gi-hun wakes up in America with a ring on his finger.
When the games aren't in progress, Hwang In-ho has to handle meetings, spreadsheets, and other corporate nightmares.
Seong Gi-hun is a bumbling mess of a CEO that recently inherited his father's company. He is in desperate need of a secretary that will keep his company from falling apart. Enter: Hwang In-ho.
Hwang In-ho and Seong Gi-hun are high school teachers that do a decent job at keeping their relationship a secret. Until they don't.
Talking to students was really more of Gi-hun's thing. In-ho, on the other hand, didn't know how to navigate the complexities of caring about someone, but with the help of his boyfriend, he makes it work.
After Hwang In-ho wins the 2015 Squid Games, a chance encounter in a bar changes his fate.
Hwang In-ho has taken a liking to Seong Gi-hun and confesses it in questionable ways.
They don’t get it: Inho is both the best and worst thing that’s ever happened to him.
Inho hums once he’s hoisted Gihun up on the bed, careful of his cuffs. He crowds into his space almost immediately. “I’ve been waiting so long for this. For you.”
Gihun does in fact get on the plane. Leaving his trauma and baggage at home could be good for him. A fresh start with his daughter is what he’s dreamed of.
And despite what he’s said, the Frontman isn’t too happy about it.
“When was the last time someone touched you?” Somehow Youngil’s question sounded like a threat; like he didn’t want to know the answer.
Gihun thinks him and Inho are being subtle about hooking up during the games, but he’s always been a little careless and naive. An AU where Inho joined the game as Youngil in season one. Gihun is adorable and Inho is failing to not catch feelings.
He widens his eyes in disbelief. His throat gets dry and his blood starts to boil. He feels sick and infuriated. He can’t believe that the face he sees before him, the face of player 001, is actually the face of a man he dreamed of killing for the past three years. What if Gi-hun knew the true identity of player 001 and decided to make good use of that knowledge? Two can play at this game…
After Gi-hun’s rebellion was crushed, In-ho offered him a deal. Gi-hun was supposed to become his second Frontman and live with him in his house in Seoul, in exchange for the lives of the remaining players. Gi-hun had only one reasonable choice. Or, After his victory, possessive In-ho finally got what he wanted all along — his precious Seong Gi-hun. His freedom, body and soul.
Gi-hun is elated to finally meet a cute guy who hasn’t seen any of his porn videos. So elated in fact, he doesn’t want to tell him what he really does for a living. But In-ho has a secret of his own.
Season 2 of Squid Game as told from the frontman's perspective. He finds himself increasingly interested in Gi-hun, almost obsessive. Will his focus shift from his intended reason for joining the games?
For Hwang Inho, life at the top isn't easy. Solution? A dating app, because clearly there's nothing more romantic than swiping right while you're in a board meeting. On the other hand, we have Seong Gi Hun, an unemployed mechanic who decided to try his luck in the business of love. At 51 years old, with a comatose bank account and social skills that could scare a cactus, Gi Hun is determined to conquer the lonely old rich man market.
Gi Hun, scarred by a life of fear and difficult decisions, finds himself at a turning point when he pulls a gun on In Ho, his former love. Throughout the confrontation, shared memories and conflicting feelings resurface, bringing his thirst for justice into conflict with the love he still feels.
Young-il and Gi-hun are forced to play Gay chicken. AKA fuck or die
After the failed coup, the Front Man offers Gi-hun the chance to see Young-il again—in exchange for his continued cooperation.
Gi-hun goes into an unexpected heat just before the third game and Young-il is somehow always there to help.
Gi-hun said, stoically, “I knew I’d die when I asked to join the games again. Nothing has changed."“You think you have help coming, but you don’t!” Young-il said, louder. “No one’s coming for you, you get it? There’s no one! Only me!”
Hwang In-ho hadn’t been sure exactly when he had started looking, really looking at Seong Gi-hun. Maybe it had been during the second game, on the second day, the second that Player 456 had started licking his Dalgona in desperation. In-ho had leaned forward in his seat then, just the slightest of movements. Gi-hun’ tongue, sloppy, wet, his neck damp with sweat, curled ends of his black hair sticking to skin.
In-ho decides he'll play on Captain Seong Gi-hun's team. They've won separately, once. Maybe they could do it together.
October 31, 2024. Gi-hun joins In-ho in the back of the limo for a conversation. It turns into a hate fuck.
Ga-yeong pushes her single dad Gi-hun to start dating again. His co-worker Jun-ho knows exactly who to set him up with: his lonely widower brother, Hwang In-ho.
Seong Gi-hun was born an omega in a dynasty of pure-blooded alphas—the first in centuries to break their pristine lineage. While his siblings Sang-woo and Sae-byeok excel as true alphas, Gi-hun has spent his life hiding behind suppressants and shame, desperate to earn his father's approval and his rightful place as heir. CEO Hwang In-ho thought he was meeting just another business rival. Instead, he found his fated mate—one hiding an empire-destroying secret. When Gi-hun's suppressants mysteriously fail, their encounter ignites into a heat that exposes everything.
The first thing Hwang In-ho did after quelling the player revolt was take a long, scalding hot shower. The second thing he did was swallow a generous pour of single-malt whiskey. The third thing he did was beckon worker 119, a woman whose specialty was serving (and servicing, as needed) the VIP guests, to his bed. The third thing doesn't quite go as planned, and a startling new aspect of his fascination with player 456 is revealed to him. In-ho must decide how far he's willing to go, and how much he's willing to sacrifice, for the sake of Seong Gi-hun.
Gihun was at the end of his rope. With his mother dead, his daughter in America, and his steadily growing debt due to his gambling addiction, Gihun was ready to accept his fate as an unwilling organ donor. However, a certain detective offers him a deal he can’t refuse. Become roommates with his brother, Hwang Inho. Inho is difficult, but the rent is low, so Gihun agrees to moves in.
That night in that limo changed Gi-hun for the worst. Ever since he heard that addictive, smooth, handsome voice he couldn’t keep that memory out of his head. That’s why he spent that blood money and wasted three years just to find that man. Just to finally feel and talk to him once again.
“I’m not a prostitute,” The man sitting in the small plastic chair opposite Junho’s work desk repeated. Junho took his fingers off the keyboard and crossed them over his desk. “Ajusshi, I have you on video without your pants in a popular love hotel.”
Alternate Universe - Prequel to Material Girl.
Hwang Jun-hee and Seong Sae-byeok had a fight at school that brought their parents together in a school reunion between their two parents In-ho and Gi-hun. Being both single parents, they can relate to each other in raising their daughters. Jun-hee discovers her father's most protected secret: a red handkerchief with Seong Gi-hun's initials on it, which would indicate that they knew each other before, even though Sae-byeok's father doesn't seem to remember it. That's why Jun-hee gets the idea to make a proposal to her classmate.“Help me to bring our parents together.”
“Do you need some help with that?” he asks. Gi-hun unexpectedly goes into heat. In-ho lends a hand.
Sometimes the Frontman comes to him asking for forgiveness.
