- That they are very spontaneous
- That they enjoy travel
- That they always worry that their children have money in their pockets
- That at 85 and 86, they both use their computer
- That they both love God with all their heart
- That they are only 45 minutes away
- That they value the past, live in the present, and plan for the future
- That they are interested in what each other's interests
- That they put their relationship before any other relationship, including their relationships with their own children
- That even though we didn't have much money growing up, we didn't know it
