This is depressing:

• Paint every paintable surface
• Resurface the three decks/porches
• New carpet
• New floors in kitchen and bathrooms
• New entry floor (prefer tile)
• Repair bannisters and railings
• Fix leaky tub upstairs
• Fix leaky kitchen sink
• Get a new stove!
• New blinds on all blindable windows
• Put up a ton of bookshelves
• Xeriscape our yards, there is no landscaping so it is currently the ultimate xeriscape, but something a bit more attractive would be nice.
• Replace outside lights
• Cut firewood
• New garage door opener
• Find out why the dishwasher isn't getting water
• Re-do the hall bathroom
