- Displaying my art in a show and selling a piece.
- Walking across the stage to receive my diploma at my high school graduation.
- Giving a very old woman a ride home when she had been walking in the hot sun for a long time and how thankful she was.
- Getting a photograph that I took published in a magazine.
- Any time that I admitted I was wrong and apologized.
- Surviving a terrible broken heart.
- Becoming more open-minded and accepting of others' lifestyles after high school.
- Getting my first tattoo as a part of a healing/closure process.
- Overcoming a serious eating disorder and actually being pretty darn happy with my body.
- Getting rid of my anger problems to the point now that it's incredibly difficult to anger me at all.
- Learning to say "I love you." to my parents again after going my entire adolescence without ever saying it.
- Forgiving my father for cheating on my mother and divorcing her after nearly 30 years.
- Completing a wonderful internship at the Virginia Holocaust Museum, learning alot about myself, life and people who are very different from me in the process.
- Graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with my BS in Anthropology.
- Taking my first trapeze class and catching my first trick.
- My first paid photography gig.
- Watching my sister walk down the aisle, beaming and looking absolutely stunning, to marry the man of her dreams.
- Completing my first half-marathon.
- Getting my first big promotion.
