- How it seems like everything you own smells like him. 
 
    - Having to change your relationship status on your various social networking sites. 
 
    - Having to pack up anything that he left at your place and return it to him. 
 
    - Not being able to listen to certain music because it reminds you of him. 
 
    - Having to take down pictures of you and him together, averting your eyes from the smiling faces. 
 
    - Feeling like your bed is much too big instead of the perfect size. 
 
    - Crying at the drop of a hat. 
 
    - Crying yourself to sleep. 
 
    - Just crying, in general. 
 
    - Having to quietly say "We're not together anymore..." when someone asks about him. 
 
    - Hearing about or seeing him out dating someone new. 
 
    - Being bitter towards anyone else in a happy relationship. 
 
    - Trying to be happy that he's moving on but being unsuccessful. 
 
    - Changing your typical driving route to avoid passing memorable places. 
 
    - Being incapable of focusing at work and/or school, resulting in poor performances, further bringing you down. 
 
    - Losing friendships developed with people who were closer to him. 
 
    - Torturing yourself with thoughts of what went wrong/what you could have done differently. 
 
    - Not seeing his hair in the sink from shaving. 
 
    - Cooking for one again. 
 
    - Not being able to sleep when sleep is your only refuge from the pain. Wondering where he is, what he's doing, who he's with. 
 
    - Losing your best friend in addition to losing your love. 
 
    - Waking up in the morning after that brief second has passed where you forgot what's happened. 
 
    - Starting all over. 
 
    - Having to listen to other peoples' generic words of comfort.
