• no matter how tired you are, take a shower & brush your teeth on every single day
  • tidy up your bed after you brush your teeth
  • do your most daunting task first for willpower level up
  • no motivation? try to do it for 5 mins first
  • if you have something to decide in mind, try to think about it on your own first for 3-5 days
  • have some journal around where its easy to grab
  • try to wake up before 6 am if you want your hobby time as the first activity to do
  • reply to messages only after 10am (or when you finally start doing your task)
  • ideal routine: hobby first, work for 5-6 hours, study for 4+ hours, and then work out. still have some time left after its all done? hobby again!
  • watch how many you spend
  • try to go out more often
  • swallow your fear and be more intentional
