much like vill, blitz is a self insert that basically became a part of me out of strong attachment. unlike the evil bastard though, he has most of my actual personality except with protective brother instincts.

blitz's powers is subtle, it emerges whenever he has a strong desire to protect and love (that goes for any kind of love). these feelings increase his strength and overall enhance his natural abilities.
