Thin Mint Brownies
- After Eights in the middle
Pumpkin Pie:
- 700 g pumpkin puree
- 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- dough base confirmed (200 g flour, 100 g butter, 1 egg, salt, 2 packets of vanilla sugar)
- add 50 dark brown sugar
- use cinnamon instead of gingerbread spice
