Pumpkin Pie:

  • 700 g pumpkin puree
  • 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • dough base confirmed (200 g flour, 100 g butter, 1 egg, salt, 2 packets of vanilla sugar)
  • add 50 dark brown sugar
  • use cinnamon instead of gingerbread spice
