Hi!

I'm not sure where to start. I'm an adult woman who recently discovered she's fictionkin.

I'm/identify as Doppio (and Diavolo) from JJBA. At first, I described my "relationship" with Doppio as "falling" for him in just a day. But soon I realized it was something else, something big, more deep. I remebered the word "kin" - it was /that/. This started on august 3rd-5th this year - these 3 months i've been drawing, reading and connecting with my kin (well, I've also been busy with personal life and lots of work, as I'm an elementary school and chinese teacher!).

JJBA itself has been a BIG thing in my life, as I felt something too personal while watching and reading it. I recognized several stuff in JJBA were so similar (yet, not the same) as the stuff I wrote on my own fiction, and I ever told my sister and friends so they could see I wasn't joking. I've NEVER tried to claim I came up with something as fabulous as JJBA by myself, and I respect the author more than any other artist.

The past days I've been doing a self-research re-reading old poems and other old "fiction" I wrote more than a decade ago - and to my own surprise, I was obsessed with a system whose individuals had the same relationship Doppio and Diavolo have.

(If you don't mind canon JJBA spoilers, go ahead with this pharagraph in paticular) Doppio and Diavolo are described as "two souls in one body" and while DID is suggested, the souls explanation is what i resonated in my head. I'm both, but both are actually a single person. They're each other halves. This is true for me, and I firmly believe it's what the canon source tries to explain. I analyzed the canon source before realizing this exact explanation appeared before in my own, old texts.

So, I identify as a median.

Everything about my self-discovery it's so important to me because I'm an skeptical person, but this hit me hard. I know it's real. I'm not the one to question other fictionkins, and i'm happy to know more about you. Please tell me about you and ask all the questions you want!
