So, every year I make resolutions and sometimes I even keep them. I also try to 'turn over a new leaf' as my mum said throughout the year. Without further ado, here are my 2011 Resolutions.
- finish C25K
- Week 1
- Week 2
- Week 3
- Week 4
- Week 5
- Week 6
- Week 7
- Week 8
- Week 9
- Royal 5K Fun Run (29 April)
- run 3x a week working up to 4x
- run a 10K this autumn
- attend WW meetings, staying within my propoints every week (unless I go on a holiday other than to Canada)
- as of 19 Jan I've lost 7.5 lbs, go me!
- as of 23 Feb I've lost 14 lbs, go me!
- as of 14 May - April was a wash out - ended same weight as I started (may even be more since there wasn't a meeting the last week), beginning of May has been a disaster as well...holiday is at all-inclusive, must get back on track!
- maintain a skin care routine
- as of 6 March this is a bit hit or miss - still working on it though
