- Ingredients: 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, 2 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon tandoori masala, 2 cups chucken or turkey stock (unsalted or low sodium; warm in the microwave for 2 minutes) and cilantro.
- Method:
- Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add tandoori masala. Quickly sprinkle in flour and stir until blonde in color.
- Add masala. Cook 30 segonds.
- Now carefully add warmed stock. Whisk continuously. Simmer until it's the consistency you like. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Finish with cilantro.
