- Ingredients: 2 bags of diced potatoes O'Brien, 2 cans crem of chicken soup, 2 cans cream of mushroom, 1-2 cups of whole milk, 1 large bag of shredded mexican cheese, about 4 cups, 2 large cans of fried onions, reserving a handful for garnish salt and pepper.
- Method:
- Preheat oven to 400° and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl adding more milk as needed until a "puorable" consistency is achieved.
- Puor into prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until melty, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with remaining fried onions and serve warm.
